Grosse fin de semaine à Sherbrooke cité avec l’édition de Artiskate artshow! La peinture du lendemain de veille en règle a eu lieu à quelques pas du centre-ville… Quand même étonnant ce qu’on peut faire sur un background «caca d’oie»!

Je suis parti de Montréal en octobre 2008 aprés une rupture sentimentale.

De n’importe qu’elle façon, partir créé toujours une rupture, et il n’est jamais aisé de s’y adapter. Il faut du temp. Voilà donc 7 mois que j’ai quitté la belle province. Pendant ces 7 mois la gitanerie m’a accompagnée au plus haut point, avec tous ce qu’elle a de bon et de mauvais à nous apporter. J’ai vécu en France la plus grande partie de tous ce temp, bourlinguant d’uné région à une autre pour visiter familles et amis. Et j’ai également été à la découverte d’autres contrées et cultures comme l’Espagne et le Maroc. Et cela en tentant chaque fois que je m’en sentais capable de figer un peut de ces temps passés aux côtés d’autres âmes qui gravitent et déambulent en d’autres points géographique et psychique que les notres.

Cela vous amène à vous poser des questions sur votre propre existence et en son sens. Nager dans ces idées d’eaux profondes ; mais ne nagerions nous pas à contre courant ? Peut être, me dis-je parfois…

D’ici, à ce qu’un énorme travail de réflexion et de classification, de ces idées et temps passés soit mis en oeuvre, enivré par le flux jouissif de Montréal. J’espère vous inviter bientôt à venir méditer à l’occasion d’une exposition. Je rentre au pays, en espérant mettre un peut plus de coeur à l’ouvrage.

Furni Creations and Don Pendleton have teamed up to create two very unique alarm clocks to benefit EA. Each clock is hand made out of wood that comes from their friend Jason Frenette’s 200 year old barn in the Swiss Alps, Once the clock were finished, Skateboard Artist, Don Pendleton painted some of his stylistic signature art on them for a one of a kind look. All proceeds benefit Elemental Awareness. More pics at the element site here,

Dear friends, as you may know, in June I am shooting a short film about a fictional graffiti writer named SUHA. You may also know that there’s going to be a photo montage sequence in this film featuring numerous sketchbook pages…SO….I was wondering if can I borrow your sketchbooks? If you agree then I would need them before June 1st so that I can film them. I know how valuable these books are to us all so rest assured that they will be handled with much care and I will have them back to you a few days after the 1st of June. I really need your help gang…let me know if you are down!
